Hi! I'm Lindsey
Originally from New Hampshire, Lindsey Montembeault moved to Nevada County over 10 years ago, where she found both a new home and a deep sense of purpose in serving her community. With a passion for fostering growth and a commitment to compassion and empathy, Lindsey has worked her way up through the ranks at Out of Sight Cleaning, starting as a team member in early 2018. Her dedication and hard work led her to become Team Lead, Supervisor, and then General Manager by 2021, before taking ownership of the company in June 2022.
Lindsey’s leadership is driven by a growth mindset, with a clear vision to expand Out of Sight Cleaning’s services over the next year to better serve the local community. She is also deeply committed to promoting health-conscious, eco-friendly practices and products, ensuring that every cleaning job is done with care for both clients and the environment. Lindsey values the importance of supporting our country’s veterans and continues to maintain a strong role in providing services to those who have served. As a mentor and leader, she aspires to have a lasting, positive impact on the community she loves.
